Get Fit Fore Golf
Author: Oneda Castillo
Level: Any
Tip: Take the time to find a fitter who is certified. If they do not use a launch monitor, a lie board, and face tape, your fit is not efficient enough. If you are lucky enough to have a LPGA or a PGA professional as your fitter, they can help you to improve your motion, by getting you into the proper club for you swing type. Swingers tend to like lighter clubs and hitters seem to like heavier clubs.

See your local Certified Fitting Professional to find out which one you are, and what ever you do don't forget to get your putter fit also. Many times golfers (especially ladies and juniors) struggle unnecessarily with their swings when the problem is really ill-fitting clubs.
