| Bio: |
My college degree was a double major in Mathematics and Psychology. Early training in golf instruction was from National Golf Foundation Teaching Seminars (Tuscaloosa AL 1979, Pinehurst NC1982, Charlottesville VA 1984) and from mentoring with two long time teaching professionals (Clarence Ehresmann and Chap Rafferty). I began teaching in 1981 just after having my 1st child and in 1990 joined the LPGA T&CP. I received my Class A certification from the LPGA in 1993. From 1981 through 2003 I taught at Somerton Springs Golf, a very busy facility in Bucks County PA. During the years, 1991-2000, I owned and operated my golf school (Somerton Springs Golf School) at the facility where with my staff of 4 or 5 professionals, we taught over 5000 private lessons per year plus many group programs. The facility went up for sale in 2000, finally sold in 2003, I moved to a facility 4 miles away to be accessible to my students.
