I have been teaching golf for 15 years and been a certified LPGA instructor for 4 years. A four-sport athlete throughout my schooling and now a tri-athlete and marathoner, my background is in biomechanics and fitness. I have been trained in functional motion and biomechanics and continue to work with chiropractors, physical therapists and personal trainers on the swing, mechanics and biomechanics as it relates to the health of the human body and the golf swing.

To realize that each body is different, but that every body can have a healthy swing that is based around it! Every student should walk away with a βwinβ for the things they learned about themselves, the golf swing and the human body when they leave my lesson tee. They should also have fun! |
